واردات بیلت و بلوم ترکیه در دوره ژانویه تا آگوست ۲۰۲۴ به ۱,۸۵۸,۰۲۳ تن رسید که ۲۴.۶ درصد کاهش نسبت به سال گذشته را نشان میدهد. ارزش این واردات نیز به ۱.۰۵ میلیارد دلار با کاهش ۲۸.۵ درصدی رسید. روسیه بزرگترین منبع واردات بود، در حالی که واردات از مالزی و اوکراین افزایش داشته است.
Import scrap prices increased further in Turkey, this time in deals for US material. This move is largely matching the uptrend in Turkey’s segments for square billet and rebar. Moreover, mills are expected to book more scrap cargoes for August shipments, and a further price increase may happen.
Turkish billet prices have continued to rise over the past week in line with strengthening scrap import values and firm demand, sources said on Thursday July 6.
